• Agricultural production.
To show home life, it reconstructs an 18th century house interior with a bread oven, a pantry, a yard with animals and different tools for agricultural work, a bedroom with furniture and clothes of the period.
And for agricultural production it shows how an oil mill ground out olive oil, shows the machinery and tools for the preparation of wine, and there is a scale reproduction of a working cereal mill.
The tools used in the fields are on display, historical regional customs are explained and there are two educational exhibitions "From wheat to bread" and "From the olive to the oil".
